1 onion thinly cut lengthwise 1 potato thinly sliced
1 cup Besan or gram flour Salt to taste 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tsp carom seed or Ajwain 1 green chilli chopped fine 1 Tbsp of finely chopped cilantro Mix all of this with a whisk in little water Heat oil in wok on medium high and fry the onion dipped in a mixture, little by little. Follow the same with potato slices. Fry till golden brown. Eat with Ketchup or hot & sweet sauce of your choice. This is an excellent accompaniment with Ginger tea.
